I’m a professional mental health counsellor with a passion for global mental health and holistic wellness.
I graduated with distinction from the Psychology Specialist program at the University of Toronto with a minor in Buddhism, Psychology, and Mental Health. I also graduated top of my class with a post-graduate diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from St. Lawrence College, and I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Canada.
In 2014, I received specialized training in the Swedish Alnarp model of Nature-Based Mindfulness Therapy from psychologists at the University of Copenhagen. I have also worked as a mental health counsellor at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, taught mindfulness meditation to inmates through Correctional Service Canada, and provided emotional health awareness training to women in rural Tanzania. Currently, I offer online video counselling and mindfulness training for individuals both locally (in Canada) and internationally.
As a professional member in good standing of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I hold designation as a ‘Canadian Certified Counsellor’ (C.C.C.).
